Terms & conditions

• Platinum Card®️ BCA Members need to register in-app to activate these privileges. Please allow up to 5 - 7 working days for the Black Membership upgrade to be processed.
• The name on the Platinum Card®️ BCA must be the same as the name on the U+REWARDS account.
• To receive 5,000 Welcome Bonus Points, members must spend a minimum of IDR 2,000,000 within 2 months after their Black Membership upgrade is approved.
• Only transactions made after the Black Membership upgrade is approved will count toward the IDR 2,000,000 minimum spending requirement. Transactions made before the approval date will not be counted.
• Members who do not reach the IDR 2,000,000 minimum spending within 2 months will not receive the 5,000 Welcome Bonus Points.
• The Double Points privileges only apply to transactions paid using the registered Platinum Card®️ BCA. It will be calculated based on members' Total Earned Points (before tax & services and including Points Multiplier Benefits).
• The Union Group reserves the right to clarify members’ ID at any time and to modify the Platinum Card®️ BCA x U+REWARDS program & its benefits without prior notice.
